Why am I doing the walk?

I was persuaded by various friends at work to have a go at it. There's about 20 of us from work taking part, some of us are really unfit but we have all started taking it quite seriously now and have been doing a bit of walking after work.

I have also persuaded by daughter in law Tracy to enter, and as she is much younger and fitter than me I'd like to try to beat her in the fund raising if nothing else!

I am completing the walk for Wheatfields and St Gemma's as I feel they are both really worthwhile causes, so please give as much as you can.
