Helllooooo & thanks for entering my Leeds Midnight Walk fundraising page!
This is 13 mile walk (yes, Half Marathon Walk!) taking place on Saturday 17th May at MIDNIGHT!!
Who am I? Naomi, aka slightly insane girlie according to the photo on this website (by the way I'm the one on the left, the man was a random fellow dancer at Glasto 08)
Well, guess I must be a little mad for agreeing to do this event (tho wonderful I think it will be!!) I also have some mates out there also joining me.... Emma, Laura, Liz, Lucia & Deborah!
Why am I doing it?
Because Emma mentioned it.....!!
After having a look on the website and knowing the two charities involved, I think this is a really great way to raise money, and have 'fun' doing it!!
Doing a walk at midnight over 13 miles is gonna bit a little tough......
What I hope to get out of it
Good memories, embarrassing photos, & feet in tack!!
AND of course raise some money for the charities involved!!
I've been a bit late on this so PLEASE come forth & sponsor - its for 2 really great charities and I promise to post up some silly photos from the night for your donations.....
